Commitment of kimukatsu
"Millefeuille of pork" is made by carefully layering only the delicious parts of carefully selected pork loin into thin slices. Each piece is carefully fried in low-temperature oil, then placed vertically before being steamed. This ensures that the heat is distributed evenly and brings out the maximum flavor. Please thoroughly enjoy the real pleasure of kimukatsu with the texture of crispy batter and the taste of juicy pork.
There are 7 flavors (plain, cheese, plum shiso, yuzu pepper, black pepper, garlic, and kimchi cheese), so it is easy to get lost in choosing, but the real pleasure of "kim cutlet". I recommend "plain" to taste. We also offer regular [sauce], but we also have [ponzu], so if you want to eat kimukatsu with a refreshing taste, we recommend this.
"For those of you who are worried about "I want to eat pork cutlet, but it seems to be heavy on my stomach...", I would like you to try Kimkatsu, which is eaten with dashi stock. There are two types of dashi: the refreshing grated daikon radish and the addictively sticky grated yam. In addition to white rice, we also offer nutritious multi-grain rice containing dietary fiber and minerals. It is said that multigrain rice is less likely to raise postprandial blood sugar levels.
They are also very particular about pork other than "kim cutlet". "Roast meat" is characterized by a refreshing taste that melts in your mouth without being heavy and rich. And for [Tenderloin], we use a very rare part that is healthy and tender with little fat, which can only be taken for about 1.5 servings from one cow. The texture when you bite into it is the point where you can see the difference the most when compared to other parts.
We also have a wide selection of additional dishes to add color to your dining table. "I want another dish! ! In response to the customer's voice, we have a lineup of unusual items such as the standard "Karaage" and "Salad", as well as the unusual "Beef Meatball Kushikatsu" and "Zunda Mochi".
